Whether at work or school, or even spending time with family and friends, we often split our minds and lose focus on what is front of us, and the question of knowing what to prioritize can be difficult to process.

About

"The Art of Intention" is a spiritual retreat for seekers (ages 17-45) to help us learn how to strive toward greater self-understanding and peace while navigating the everyday demands of our lives. Our community of like-minded seekers will gather for an intimate, creative weekend of spiritual development and self re-discovery.
